Dear Young Child 3 Parent:

Because the brain’s memory system is connected to the emotional system, things that are learned in a joyful environment are more likely to be remembered than those that are experienced in a less stimulating one. I hope your child finds joy in participating in playing the circle game “Grinding Corn,” in dancing the “Toe-Heel Step,” and in “paddling” through the “water” as we sing “Canoe Song.”

As you and your child play the Mystery Tune Game (Music at Home 42) this week, help him relive fun Kindermusik class moments from previous weeks!
